At the heart of Château Les Oliviers de Salettes lies a gourmet treasure trove. All year round, the Lavandin gourmet restaurant, orchestrated by chefs Kevin VAUBOURG and Lucille ROUTIN, invites gourmets and epicureans to take part in a generous and refined local gastronomic experience, which aims to bring out the best in the Drôme region. A subtle, colourful and herbaceous cuisine to be discovered in the heart of a magnificent vaulted stone dining room, or on fine days on the panoramic terrace, a treasure of the estate.
Kevin VAUBOURG and Lucille ROUTIN are partners both in the city and in the kitchen, writing the score for the gourmet restaurant. They put all their know-how and love of the product into offering a creative and gourmet experience, conceived by four hands.
